Families after separation

Longitudinal study on the living situation of families undergoing separation and divorce

Overview

brief description
This is a questionnaire study with three measurement points. The study focuses on the question of how the living situation of families undergoing separation and divorce changes over time. Different areas, such as the frequency of contact, conflict behavior, personal well-being, and the reorganization of parental care, are surveyed from the perspective of the fathers and mothers affected. The development of the children is also taken into account. The findings of the study will help to provide better support for mothers, fathers, and, above all, children during separation and divorce in the future. The surveys are ongoing.
